At Your Service

At Your Service Subscriptions is a monthly COMIC BOOK mail-order service. This part of Keith's Comics was bought in 2001 and is not currently accepting any new customers.

We specialize in operating a monthly, new comic book pre-order service. Each month, you place and pre-pay for items shipping in two months. You repeat this process each month, so you have the freedom to pick and choose what comics you want each month. You are not tied into any long-term commitment to any particular title. You can even place your order via the Internet. Click on the link below to get started!

Please check out the customer portal. Last month there were some details about how to join below. (2/16/26) Next month the monthly items should start to appear in the portal. The FOC is open every week from Friday to Sunday for last minute additions.

There have been changes to credit pool memos, On order pages, and the customer portal. Check it out!

The new system is up and running. The old system had run its course. It was a DOS program running on Windows XP. The new system is called Comic Shop Assistant (CSA) and is web browser based and so much more easy to use.

Lots of questions about credit/short memo and how to pay. The new system puts your pre-payment into a pool and you will get a statement of payments and draws against it. It is still a work in progress...currently it doesn't show your total available credit (so I have been writing it in)...but it will eventually.

Also, your current on order doesn't reflect your AYS price.

Currently, I recommend sending your usual payment from the order form calculations and then an amount around your usual shipping amount. The order form cover has been adjusted to reflect this.

You can see lots of stuff about your account. Also, you can look at arrival lists and every weekend the Final Order Cut Off is active to see what is coming soon.

If you are not getting weekly emails with items we have pulled for you let us know. You should be getting a weekly e-mail when we pull and an e-mail when we ship.

We are rolling out our customer portal this month and At Your Service Customers will have first access. The portal will allow you to see your items on order and what we have set aside already. Also, you can see everything we got in this week and place an order!

While we still want your monthly order as always, you will now have the opportunity every week to see what orders we are finalizing and add or adjust your order.

There are hundreds of items we order every week that just don't fit on the order form we traditionally have used.

In most cases anything you do in the portal goes to a form our staff reviews and approves so don't freak out if something you do doesn't populate immediately.

Ship-out is set to begin the week of Feb 2nd....if we thaw out by then!
